For project specific assignments like government registrations, licenses, and reports and for Monthly retainers billing will be in advance.

For long-duration projects and structured solutions, the payment terms for the assignment will be as follows:

• If you are an Individual, Sole-proprietorship, Partnership or Society, for our first engagement we will have to bill you in advance for the services we offer, thereafter billing terms will depend on how good a client you were to us.
   

• If you are a new start up, we support entrepreneurs, billing will be 50% in advance, 50% post completion of assignment
   

• If you are a Private Limited Company with Positive cash-flows, you have earned the right to enjoy a 30-Day credit with us, we know you aren’t going anywhere, we want to work with you. We will bill you 50% upfront and 50% post completion of assignment. 
   

• If you are a PSU, Government body or Public company, billing will be 25% upfront and 75% upon completion of the service.
   

• And, finally, if you are building something that has a positive impact on the world we live in, we might take you on as a client without billing you for it (if our finances allow), or bill you at cost. We’re not in this for the money, money just helps keep the lights on, and well to some extent, keep score. This would however be at the discretion of the leadership.
